Steps:

1. Enter default dashboard
2. Click on "Create company" in Quick actions

Actual

'Create company' redirects to Companies list.

The user needs to click once again "Create company" at the top in Companies list to start creating new company. In result it's not a shortcut or quick action. 

Currently, it's a shortcut to "Companies" not "Create company".

"Create company" shortcut should redirect to:

If we click on "Create catalog" shortcut on the dashboard, Creation form is opened. It should work in a similar way.
