Steps:

1. Enter default dashboard
2. Click on "Create product" in Quick actions

Actual

'Create product' redirects to Product list

The user needs to click once again "Create product" at the top in Product list to start creating new product. In results it's not a shortcut or quick action. 

Currently it's a shortcut to "Product catalog" not "Create product".

Expected

"Create product" shortcut ** should redirect to:

If we click on "Create catalog" shortcut on the dashboard, Creation form is opened. It should work in similar way.
