Description

Explore the following options, and come up with requirements / stories for them:

a) link to a given heading, using some selector in the link dialog
b) create an anchor point anywhere, and add a link to it, again using a selector in the link dialog
c) insert footnotes. The content of the footnote is edited in place, and generated at the bottom of the rendered HTML.
