Error when editing anchor in image. The same for custom tags.

Steps:

1. Add image to RTE.
2. Click on anchor icon, fill name and save.
3. Click on anchor icon again.

Actual: Error occurs "TypeError: Cannot read property 'getId' of null".

Remarks: The workaround is to click somewhere else before clicking on anchor again.
