As a potential contributor, I would like to have an easy to fiend home page explaining:

• How to join the community.
• on which topic I can get involved.
• talk about eZ (get help and help others, etc.).
• have an overview of all the type of contribution available (see other stories in EZP-25431)
• this page should be added in a CONTRIBUTING.md file in all of our repositories
