in IE 8, have to edit attribute before entering literal tag

    Description

      When you edit an untouched XML attribute for the first time, you can not insert a litteral tag. Instead of the 'literal tag rectangle', the textarea gets a vertical grey stripe on the left.

      The workaround is to press Enter, then Backspace in the textarea and then insert the desired literal tag.

      Note that once you've failed to create the literal tag the workaround no longer does.
