When pasting HTML into a literal tag, the OE changes a lot of things including converting spaces to nbsp's.

This will break CSS if a selector line has leading spaces. Unfortunately, this is common with MS Office HTML exports.

This is caused by the paste plugin. However, disabling the plugin introduces different problems, such as apparently random dropping of white space – this is only verified in Windows XP.
