View the list of nodes' URL aliases ("Advanced -> Manage URL aliases") for a node located not less than two levels under the top level node. In the list of manual aliases there are unneeded spaces before and after each slash, see the attached screenshot (the spaces are marked with red). Auto-generated aliases are ok though (no spaces).
