Publishing Landing Page without Content/Publish permission ends up with error

    Description

      When a user doesn't have Content/Publish permission, attempt on publishing landing page ends up with an unhandled exception.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Add exact same set of permissions to Editor role as on the attached screenshots.
      2. Create a new user "TestUser" and assign it to this role.
      3. Log in as TestUser.
      4. Go to Page Builder and edit some landing page.
      5. Hit "Publish".

      Result:
      You will be presented with UnauthorizedException:

      User does not have access to 'publish' 'content' with: contentId '52''
