Error message misaligned with block border.

Steps:
10. Create new LP.
11. Add Form block.
12. Add SFF.
13. Submit, Publish.
14. Add submission.
15. Delete form.
16. Return to the new LP.
17. Switch to Edit mode.
18. Verify error message is inside block.
Actual: Message is not aligned with the block border (attached).
Expected: Message is within the block border.
