Error message contents when form was deleted from LP.

Steps:
1. Go to Home in studio demo.
2. Switch to Edit mode and add Form block.
3. Add a simple form field (SFF) e.g. single line txt.
4. Submit and Publish
5. Enter one submission.
6. Go to Form Manager page and delete the form.
7. Return to Home and switch to Edit mode.
8. Verify the contents of the message inside the block.
[New (EZS-1417) error message is displayed.]
9. Return to View mode of Home page.
10. Create new LP.
11. Add Form block.
12. Add SFF.
13. Submit, Publish.
14. Add submission.
15. Delete form.
16. Return to the new LP.
17. Switch to Edit mode.
18. Verify error message inside block.
Actual: Old message is displayed.
Expected: New message is displayed.
