Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the following config in the yaml file:

ibexa:
    repositories:
        default:
            activity_log:
                truncate_after_days: 0 

2. Run the following command to erase recent activity log entries:

php bin/console ibexa:activity-log:truncate 

3. Go to Dashboard.

Expected result:

Recent activity block has empty screen as designed:
