Steps:

1. Create new Content type with landingpage field in Content group.
2. Add Metadata group and several other groups (Metadata is second) 
3. Create new content based on new CT.
4. Open landing page Fields.

Result: Metadata content group is displayed at the end.

Expected result: Metadata content group is displayed in second place (like in CT settings)
