Preconditions:

Some items should be bookmarked.

Steps:

1. Log in to the back office
2. Click Create content from Quick actions
3. Switch to bookmarks tab in UDW
4. Move the cursor overs items on the list

Actual result:

Tooltips are displayed for all the items and for short ones they look like floating.

Expected result:

Tooltips are displayed only for those which have too long name and "..." is displayed on the list.
