Preconditions:

Less or 10 content types on the list. 

It can also be limited in policies (Content/Create) for specific role. User can create only content item based on one content type only.

Steps:

1. Log in to the back office
2. Go to Content/Content structure
3. Click Create

Actual result:

Search by content type is displayed.

Expected result:

According to Design team: search should not be displayed for ten or less elements.
