Following a discussion from https://github.com/ibexa/http-cache/pull/46 and offline, we need to do the following:

Remove all .md files from the `docs` folder of the `http-cache` package:
https://github.com/ibexa/http-cache/tree/main/docs

They are out of date, confuse customers, and developer doc already covers the same areas.

Be careful to leave .vcl files in their current folder structure.

Push changes to main, so that they are included in 5.0
