Both side panels (content tree and filters) should be resizable:

1. Content tree
   • Min. 200px
   • Max. 33% of view
2. Filters
   • Min. as small as possible (min. width for elements, min. width for inputs) - probably 270px could be the smallest size
   • Max. 33% of view

and hide like on the design
