[Product type create/edit] - unnecessary action: Delete draft

    Description

      In 4.6 when we create/edit a Product type we have the action: Delete draft. In previous version it was not available, we didn't create drafts of product types. Is it somehow related to recent changes  https://ibexa.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/Product/pages/104529975/IN+PROGRESS+Simplify+action+in+edit+mode and was inherited from content?
