Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an article (or any other. action/migration that results in grouping)
2. Go to 'Recent Activity'
3. Click on 'Show more' button in grouped log

Actual result:
When scrollbar is needed (due to number of logs) it appears properly, but if number of logs doesnt suffice scrollbar it still briefly appears

Expected result:
Scrollbar doesnt appear when scrolling is not needed.
