Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a content item (.ie article A1)
2. Move A1 to trash
3. Delete A1 from trash

Actual result:
Logs in recent activity lose their values; user cannot see clearly what happened in the log

Expected result:
Content item values should be preserved after deletinng it from trash
