[Dashboard] 500 error when creating Dashboard in COTF

    Description

      Steps:

      1. Go to Dashboard.
      2. Click Create content button.
      3. Select Ibexa Digital Experience Platform and click Create button.
      4. Select Dashboard.
      5. In editor select layout.

      Result: 500 error.

      Expected result: User should not be able to create Dashboard in COTF
