Steps to reproduce:
1. Add some activity on your env (.ie https://github.com/ibexa/test-fixtures can be used)
2. Go to 'Recent activity'
3. In Filters select some user
4. Click on 'Clear' button

Actual result:
1st click acts as an 'Apply' button; 2nd click deselects any filter parameters and returns to default (list displays all logs).

Expected result:
Clicking on 'Clear' button should deselect any filter parameter and return to default (list displays all logs).
