Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new LP
2. Add ie. 4 blocks (may be text blocks) and name them 1/2/3/4
3. Change lineup from 1/2/3/4 to 3/1/2/4
4. Perform UNDO action (lineup is 1/2/3/4)
5. Perform REDO action

Actual result:
Lineup is 2/1/3/4

Expected result:
Lineup should be 3/1/2/4
