Enabling JWT authentication causes 401 in perso run-export command.

Steps:

1. Set up JWT authentication in security.yaml (ibexa_jwt_rest, ibexa_jwt_graphql).
2. Set up Perso (ref. https://ibexa.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ENG/pages/156237825/Ibexa+DXP+v4+with+local+personalization+setup)
3. Run command php bin/console ibexa:personalization:run-export.
4. Check request status.

Actual result: 401 Unauthorized, with message "Invalid JWT Token".
Expected result: JWT authentication does not collide with Perso setup.
