The UI for the matrix field in content type is inconsistent

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install Ibexa v4.5.
      2. Create a new content type and add a matrix field.
      3. Check the UI before adding the row, We have the columns string repeated 3 times, and the placeholder seems too big
      4. Add a new row fill it and save the content type
      5. Edit the content type and compare the UI of the matrix field to the previous steps. the gray columns string on the end disappeared and the header appeared

       

      Expected Result

      The UI should be consistent at every step in the matrix field
