Currently, configuration for default SiteAccess site (and others like corporate) are stored in the main ibexa.yaml file. This approach makes it difficult to maintain in some scenarios including dynamic demo site generation.

I would like to suggest that we move this configuration to a separated config file, so ibexa.yaml stays as thin as possible and contains only widely-used system configuration.
