Steps to recreate:

Part 1: edit content and create a link in page builder Text block

• edit a page with page builder
• Add the 'Text' block
• Type into the text block / rich text area
• link any words to an external url (https://somewebsite.com)
• Click Submit for block
• Publish content page

Part 2: Look in the Admin > Url Management

You will NOT find the url https://somewebsite.com

If you edit a richtext FIELD (ex 'body' field) and you create a link it will indeed appear in the Admin > Url Management.

Basically, we have no insight into any external links when using the page builder's Text block.

We have hundreds of pages using page builder and thousands of blocks and no ability to see what external urls are used / broken.

Given the investment in Page Builder and the shift away from vanilla content pages, please account for this block text.
