Scroll in page builder works bad since the browser support auto scroll for dragging was added.
When user have shorter height of screen and he wants drag block from the bottom of the list to the container in the middle there is high possibility that his screen will scroll to the bottom while he need to go up again with block, which might be frustrating for user.
