Steps to reproduce

1. Install Ibexa DXP v4
2. Add Attribute group
3. Add 3 Attributes
4. Add Product Type
5. Add 2 first Attributes and save the product type
6. Edit Added Product Type
7. Remove first attribute and add it again
8. Save and edit again PT

Result

removed and re-added attributes removed random other
