Steps to reproduce:

• add product to basket
• go to checkout
• provide german delivery address
• proceed to "4/5 Shipping and Payment"

--> Label for the shipping option will be "standard"

• proceed to "5/5 Summary and Order Confirmation"

--> Shipping will be shown as "Delivery costs: €xx.00"

• go to Basket using Basket widget

--> Shipping will be shown as "Delivery (Delivery costs): €xx.00"

Note:
This is not the only issue - besides this it is not possible to translate the shipping name to other languages - and different shipping options are always shown as Delivery costs.

Or in short:
Shipping costs are always titled "Delivery (Delivery costs)" on  Basket page.
Shipping costs are always titled "Delivery costs" on  Basket widget and checkout step 5/5.
