Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new Product Type - do not add attributes for variant.
2. Create Product based on PT.
3. Go to Assets tab.
4. Add some images.
5. Click Create new collection button. 

Result: User can add a new collection, success notification appears, but collection is not added. https://recordit.co/Ym3yuGP4os

Expected: Button should be hidden in this case.
