Steps to reproduce

1. Install Ibexa v3.3 or eZ Platform v2.5
2. configure a new custom tag
3. Add article and add created a custom tag
4. Add anchor into a custom tag
5. Publish

Result

Anchor does not form, paragraph only has an ez-has-anchor class, but does not link to that anchor

Expected result

The anchor should render just like outside the custom tag
