When an image is uploaded and its filename contains urlencode characters like some%25special+chars.jpg it will be stored correctly, but will not render - instead "File not found." message will be presented.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Clean installation of eZ Platform v2.5 or Ibexa DXP v3.3
2. Log in to the backoffice as admin
3. Create a new Image content using file named:

some%25special+chars.jpg

Result:

NotFoundHttpException
HTTP 404 Not Found
Could not find 'BinaryFile' with identifier '/var/site/storage/images/5/5/2/0/255-1-eng-GB/some%special+chars.jpg' 

Expected result:
Image rendered normally.
