When I try to use the /content/upload module with a csv or a rar file, eZ Publish crashes

I get the following error

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in C:\wamp\www\alcyon\kernel\content\upload.php on line 143
Fatal error: eZ publish did not finish its request

The execution of eZ publish was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected ';', expecting ')' in C:\wamp\Apache2\var\ezwebin_site\cache\override\override_442122402.php on line 3

I tried with .txt files and.zip and no errors.

This is really anoying i really need to upload .csv files for my project....

Steps to reproduce

Type /content/upload in the URL

• Select a csv file with the browse button
• Enter any name in the name field
• Select Automatic or File in the target location list

The error occurs on a fresh install, nothing else than 3.9 installed a few minutes ago.
