There a problem on the notification since RC2

I had a portal, started working with 3.9.0beta1 (notification was working) moved to rc1 (notification was working) moved to 3.9.0 (notification doesn't work) - (no email send and on the command line the script hang for hours on
Running cronjobs/notification.php
Starting notification event processing
Replace the code by rc1 code and it's working. Mobed forward to the stable release and it doesn't.
On the same server another eZ portal (3.8.2) sending notification without any problem.

Steps to reproduce

Setup a notification node, create an object under this note, run php runcronjobs.php -d
Hang in
Running cronjobs/notification.php
Starting notification event processing
