The brazilian flag located in share/icons/flags has wrong filename I believe.
The file is named bra-BR.gif, but I believe it should have been named por-BR.gif

Steps to reproduce

in admin interface : Setup -> Languages -> Add Language
Try to add new Portuguese(brasil)
Flag icon will not be shown before icon file is renamed to por-BR.gif
