    Description

      If someone changes the node name of the automatic placement locations in content.ini,
      [RelationAssignmentSettings]->ClassSpecificAssignment , uploading new files in f.ex. OE will fail without explanation.

      The attached patch fixes this by fallbacking to the default location if no class specific locations are available.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. rename media/files to media/files2
      2. Upload new binary file using OE.
