Problem:

If we use different translation files as the ones defined in "share/translation" we have a problem. The translation will get disabled even though we have a fallback.

This means you would really need to turn off the ini to disable translations... Is this something that we can execpt?

Workaround:
create empty files like

share/translations/ger/translation.ts
share/translations/ita/translation.ts
