It should be possible to add a XSLT stylesheet to RSS feeds.
Small patch against kernel/classes/ezrssexport.php that makes it possible by adding XSLTStylesheet variable in the group RSSSettings in site.ini. The stylesheet should be in design/your-design/stylesheets.
