During the import of contacts from a CSV file only the colum email is imported. Starting URL
is http://domainame/editor/newsletter/subscription_import/3
After the upload of the CSV File al columns are available (See picture). Now i press the Button "Import selected". After this happens only the email is imported for that user

The attached file (CSV will produce the problem). Use first row as header is enabled

email, firstname, name
eckhard.schnell@siemens.com, Eckhard, Schnell

When i modify the csv to (See attached File)

Anrede, email, firstname, name
Herr, eckhard.schnell@siemens.com, Eckhard, Schnell

the error
"Please select a field mapping for the email address!"
is thrown

Only the following CSV file will work. Use first row as header is DISABLED

Herr, eckhard.schnell@siemens.com, Eckhard, Schnell
