We have editor in the system that have content read permissions on subtree content and media

Editor (limited to subtree /1/2/) content read No limitations
Editor (limited to subtree /1/43/) content read No limitations

When those editors want to e.g. add a new object in the OE they get this unwanted permission issue( eZ functionality browse).

Node 1 should never throw a permission error since you can't configure permissions for it.
