static cache and old urls

    Description

      Hi,

      if I rename or move a page, the static cache for the old url is also created (and not deleted).

      So it can happen, that there are many copies of the same page on the server.

      Expected behaviour:
      -) "Moved permanently" (with redirection) or
      -) 404 page + message
