Description
I would like to suggest that admins could enable or disable global notifications for site users according to clas type. For I might only want users to recieve notifications on articles and not folders etc.
Perhaps even users could select what class types they wish to be notified on when they create a new notification rule for themselves. But admins should still be able to remove certain classes from been available.
