The customer observed that Kosovo is missing on Country FieldType. We should also add South Sudan and update Macedonia.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a Country FieldType to the new or existing Content-Type.
2. Verify whether Kosovo or South Sudan is present on the country list.

Result:
Both countries are missing.

Expected result:
Kosovo and South Sudan are available for selection.
