The following \eZ\Publish\Core\Repository\LocationService APIs rely on SearchService:

• loadLocationChildren
• getLocationChildCount
• copySubtree
• moveSubtree
• deleteLocation

 They should be rewritten to rely on Repository Filtering instead, so they're not affected by a search engine configured for a SiteAccess Repository.
