Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to back office.
2. Go to Content / Content structure.
3. Expand Content Tree and select a content e.g. Folder.
4. Move content to Trash by clicking on the Send to trash button on the left side menu.
5. Move your cursor on the close button on the appeared notification.

Actual result:

Close button don't have tooltip information label.

Expected result:

Close button on the Send to trash popup notification should have tooltip information label.
