If a custom TagHandler is configured (as described in: https://github.com/ezsystems/ezplatform-http-cache/blob/master/docs/drivers.md#taghandler) a service that has a dependency on EzSystems\PlatformHttpCacheBundle\Handler\TagHandler cannot be autowired. Attempt to inject */TagHandler service ends-up with the following exception:

Cannot autowire service "***": argument "$tagHandler" of method "__construct()" references class "EzSystems\PlatformHttpCacheBundle\Handler\TagHandler" but no such service exists.
