Issue when combining field types ezselection and map location:

• ezselection dropdown is covered by the map (see picture "issue_reported.png")

Possible origin for this bug:
ezselection dropdown has a {{z-index: 2;}
Leaflet map and map-control classes have z-index values of 400 and 1000.
