Repository ContentType Service allows creating Content Type with already existing identifier. Identifier should be unique.

Possible solutions:

• Make Content Type Service throw InvalidArgumentException in this case
• Add a numeric suffix to duplicate identifier when creating (e.g. in the same way URL aliases are generated for duplicate Content names).
