Steps:

1. Create new content which contains RichText field, e.g. Article.
2. Add Table
3. Click on table cell.

Actual result:
Table tools(see attached screen) appear on the left of cursor. When clicking on it, table rows/columns are added/removed.

Expected result:
Table tools are not displayed.
